Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business systems support and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, JIRA, etc.) is a plus.
