Position: Legal Counsel
Location: Santiago, Chile.
Rol Purpose
Provide strategic legal counsel, ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations, Company policies and guidelines and ethical standards. Identification and management of legal risks, within a solid ethical framework.

What You Will Do
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts, drafting commercial agreements, and defining other contractual terms in collaboration with key business stakeholders and team members, while managing the overall contract process.
• Overseeing legal matters, which includes monitoring litigations and activity reports, while actively participating in local strategic business discussions.
• Promoting effective corporate governance, focusing on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and divestiture transactions.
• Aiding in the identification of future business and legal opportunities and challenges and formulating suitable strategies to tackle them.
• Collaborate in the optimization of legal tasks through the application of AI.
Qualifications
Here's What We Are Looking For
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
• University degree in Law with all necessary licenses to practice
• Skilled in commercial law and legal market, with experience in contract management and digital law.
• Advanced English (Written and oral) - mandatory.
