1. Mission (About the Role)
   Y ou will join the regional Talent and Learning Team to facilitate the deployment of Sales, Business Growth and Leadership development interventions in the East Asia Region .
2. You will experience the end-to-end learning process from needs analysis to facilitation to learning evaluation and undertake special projects related to driving a learning culture and branding of learning activities.

What will you do?

• Translate Learning Needs Assessment into a Regional Development Plan

• Develop Learning Interventions to meet the Learning Needs of the Region

• Organize and Facilitate Learning Interventions

• Analyze the Progress of the Learning Interventions

• Creatively Propose New Way s of Measuring Learning Progress and Effectiveness

• Leverage digital tools and in ject new ways of Learnings

1. What qualifications will make you successful?
   Education : Bachelor's in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / Engineering / IT Skills/Systems
2. K nowledge :

• • Must have: Excel; Powerpoint
  • Good to have: Data Analytics; Tableau, Klaxoon , Miro, Mentimeter
  • Strong Communication Skills - verbal and written
