Your environnement :

Reporting to the Performance Director within the PP PS Breakers and Specialized Activities clusters , your mission will be to develop and monitor continuous improvement action plans for performance across all areas of the supply chain, and to contribute to the deployment of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) at SE entities.

Your missions :

  • Lead diagnostics and actions on the efficiency of the global supply chain (DVC, MBC/SFC, m², reduction of lead times and MOQs, etc.).
  • Drive actions on the global supply chain (end to end) to support growth initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support Lean diagnostics related to safety, CS&Q, supply chain deployment, supply chain planning, and HR.
  • Support the deployment of SPS (training, coaching, kaizen) to enable all functions to operate autonomously in their area of responsibility.
  • Serve as SPS support for plants/DCs.
  • Propose and monitor the SPS deployment plan (including SPS assessment and action plan follow-up).
  • Participate in SPS audits in factories and distribution centers.
  • Monitor and develop an improvement action plan for direct variable costs.
  • Capitalize on your experience and knowledge by formalizing and sharing best practices.
  • Facilitate the sub-domain referents network for your region (if you are a sub-domain expert in a specific field) and represent it at the global level through the global SME network.

Profile :
  • Master's degree or engineering diploma with 3 to 5 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years in industry.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or methods.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Knowledge in Lean Management project management.
  • Ability to influence and lead (Leadership).
  • Capacity to facilitate.
  • Good communication skills and active listening.
  • Change management.
  • Proficiency in office and digital tools.
  • Fluent in French and English. The position is based in Libourne (France) or Aubenas (France) with 50% of travelling time.
