What will you do?

• Travel a lot (40-50%) within Europe, across several Distribution Centers (France, Nordics, UK, Spain, Italy...)
• Network with other Lean Leaderd and coach Plant Managers, Methods and Operations departmenst etc. at department or GSC Europe level
• Challenge performance across all the Supply Chain domains
• Support tailored supply chain & supply chain transformation programs
• Be accountable with the Distribution Center for key metrics related to Delivery Service, Productivity and Capacity
• Be In charge to monitor performance and to build improvement actions plan
• Standardize & deploy for exemplary results
• Be accountable in front of Ditribution Center Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axes (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within DCs under your responsibility
• Contribute to enrich SPS (Schneider Performance System)
• Train & Coach for Sustainability

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Have strong experience in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain / Methods / Operational performance
