What will you do?
- Travel a lot (40-50%) within Europe, across several Distribution Centers (France, Nordics, UK, Spain, Italy...)
- Network with other Lean Leaderd and coach Plant Managers, Methods and Operations departmenst etc. at department or GSC Europe level
- Challenge performance across all the Supply Chain domains
- Support tailored supply chain & supply chain transformation programs
- Be accountable with the Distribution Center for key metrics related to Delivery Service, Productivity and Capacity
- Be In charge to monitor performance and to build improvement actions plan
- Standardize & deploy for exemplary results
- Be accountable in front of Ditribution Center Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axes (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within DCs under your responsibility
- Contribute to enrich SPS (Schneider Performance System)
- Train & Coach for Sustainability
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Have strong experience in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain / Methods / Operational performance
- Strong competencies in:
- Health & Safety
- Logistic Supply Chain
- Lean Diagnostics
- Warehouse Performance
- Warehouse Process Design
- Quality Metrics and Assurance
- Continuous Improvement
- Strong soft skills in:
- Issue resolution
- Change management & implementation methodology

- Digital acumen
- English C1
Work location is Budapest-Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary.
