Individual will be responsible for ensuring the Assembly & automation, implementation, and qualification of the assembly process in line with SPS/Lean manufacturing principles. This role involves developing and delivering assembly processes equipment with optimal operational performance in safety, quality, lead time, process capacity, and cost efficiency. The individual will bring technical expertise to the industrialization assembly process team and drive the introduction and standardization of new automation and test technologies and processes.
- Develop Assembly flow, line layout, capacity analysis, Assembly process equipment, influencing project design and assembly processes simultaneously with new product development.
- Optimize industrial performance, late product differentiation, and standardization, while promoting energy efficiency and low CO2 footprint.
- Prepare detailed equipment technical specifications in alignment with Schneider global standards and select and assess suppliers in collaboration with the purchase department.
- Coordinate the installation, commissioning, and qualification of assembly lines, as well as conduct return on investment analysis for different solutions.
- Plan and coordinate with multiple suppliers for equipment maintenance and upgrades, and understand the maintenance needs of production equipment.
- Drive processes to meet high standards of energy efficiency and environmental best available techniques.
- Lead technical trials and tests to validate critical assembly technologies and participate in the installation and setup of new equipment in factories.
- Support factories for critical issues related to assembly and industrialization support.
- Regularly monitor and report on equipment performance and evaluation, and learn and implement new technologies and equipment through proper testing and evaluation.
- Be accountable until product/process and flow have reached the required level of robustness and efficiency as committed with Supply Chain operations.

Qualifications
Engineering in Mechanical /Electronics/Mechatronics, Lean and Assembly line expert
Very good knowledge in main assembly technologies like laser marking, labelling, screwing, riveting, pneumatic/electrical/mechanical machines, Welding Vision Camera, Flow packing, Pad printing, Electronics assembly, snap fitting, pick and place, adjustment, Robotics, flow packing, etc.
• Good knowledge & proven experience in development of SPM (Special purpose machine) for manual, semi-auto & fully automatic assembly lines.
L Lean & LADM Principles, Capacity Analysis
• • Strong experience in automation and programming software, including PLC, HMI, MES,
