League Quality Lead

Report to: Global Customer Satisfaction & Quality VP

Mission:

  • Build league quality vision and strategy
  • Lead critical quality topics and drive for 8D problem solving process
  • Actively participate in League strategic discussions and provide quality inputs to offer roadmap planning
  • Partner with League and Squad team to spread and develop Quality & CX expertise
  • Partner with GCP, plants and FO to support them on Quality & CX activities
  • Ensure Functional excellence and knowledge at Squad, League, Line of Business levels
  • Support CS&Q Chapter for squad quality members capability activities

Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize quality topics and make quality strategy for the league

2. Lead focused task forces when required, such as Critical customer topics, Power system customer winning plan, LoB Quality battles, etc...

4. E2E offer quality topics management

Partner with stakeholders in LOB, supply chain and plants to manage well the quality topics for both new and legacy offers

5. Customer Experience and satisfaction for new offer development and launch process

6. Diffuse Quality Culture within the organization by providing training and support on methods and tools

7. Team work with league team and squads, to ensure quality activities and carried out sufficiently and continual improved.

8. Support the Squad team in line with Schneider Electric politics, rules and tools

资格

  1. 10+ years of experience in quality management in a global product development and manufacturing environment
  2. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across functions internationally in a global business environment.
  3. Demonstrated systematical thinking and be able to lead the complex problem solving and satisfy both internal stakeholders and external customers/partners
  4. Clear vision of the quality strategy as well as the ability to build tactics to operate
  5. Be comfortable to work within a fast-paced, highly matrix organization
