In this role, you will coach and develop sales managers and professionals to drive business growth across countries and cultures. What will you do:
- Manage Federal sales teams across the globe, leading them to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and develop integrated solutions tailored to their needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and sales presentations
- Share industry expertise and provide coaching to help sales teams succeed
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for team and process improvement
- Build, implement, and maintain sales processes and best practices with an eye towards continuous improvement
- Track successes and failures from a P&L standpoint and an operational efficiency standpoint
- Facilitate and maintain communication and collaboration between sales teams, and between the Federal solutions group and other supporting groups within Schneider Electric
- Organize teams to ensure all customers are receiving the correct amount of support as efficiently as possible
- Assist in the development and implementation of the overall strategy of the Federal Solutions team

What qualifications will make you successful:
- 10+ years of experience managing strategic sales teams in a Federal sales environment (Director level or higher)
- Experience with Federal government processes and ideally relationships within the Federal government in the energy or automations sector
- Understanding of selling both products and services
- Ability to leverage customer insights to develop customized solutions
- Ability to drive collaborative sales and processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling energy/industrial automation solutions
- Passion for collaborating across business units and developing high-end talent
