Job Description

1. Manage Leads and Customer Requests

  • Manage leads with a focus on contract renewals and upselling recurrent business.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of proximity accounts, including end-users, electrical contractors, OEMs, panel builders, and distributors.
  • Prioritize the sale of service plans and turnkey projects to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails to support the existing customer base.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on cross-selling tactics and service offerings.
  • Build strong collaboration with field sales representatives and Inside Sales counterparts.
  • Contribute to Inside Sales Best Practice development and mentor newer team members.
  • Develop new contact points and potential accounts via demand generation activities, campaigns, and marketing activities.
  • Quote and close deals for standard services (e.g., spare parts, renewal contracts).
  • Cultivate relationships with uncovered accounts and upsell opportunities.

2. Build and Manage Services Opportunity Pipeline
  • Analyze and qualify opportunities in the Bridge Front Office (bFO) tool, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate data in the systems (bFO).
  • Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to follow-up on customer requests and leads.
  • Foster new customer contact points via marketing campaigns, leads from field sales representatives, and other channels.
  • Document all customer interactions in bFO.
  • Promote up-selling and cross-selling of services between Line of Business offers.
  • Transfer product sales opportunities to Account Managers or Product Virtual Sales teams when needed.
  • Collaborate with services and product teams to satisfy customer needs.
  • Provide accurate monthly order forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor ' s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Virtual or Outside Sales, Services Representative roles, or in Call Center technical support/customer care.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    ◦ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholders.
    ◦ Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce.com.
    ◦ Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
    ◦ Ability to manage customer relationships and prioritize tasks.
    ◦ Good English language skills (written and spoken).
