The SAP HANA Consultant will be a senior technical member reporting to Global Infrastructure Operations.
They are responsible for driving successful projects around SAP HANA The role also demands expertise in the niche technology area of SAP Basis, SAP BTP , SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, SAP Data Services, SAP SMART Finance Elements and Cloud technologies (Azure & AWS).
Mission
- Engineering and designing solutions to migrate from On Premise Data Centers to Public or Private cloud environment. (AWS). - Work with Cloud providers and business teams to troubleshoot application Performances on cloud environment and other business critical issues.
- Understanding of the SAP HANA offering, the underlying technology and how HANA will be used and its advantages and disadvantages, on premise and in the cloud. - Creating SAP HANA information models such as Procedure and HANA Views (Attribute, Analytics and Calculation views) with graphical and SQL Scripting, SDA (Smart Data Access), SAP HANA Live (Analytics).
- Organize Day-to-day operation (Administration/Monitoring tasks) of the S/4HANA, SAP HANA and ECC environments. - Ensure Security on SAP S/4 HANA.
Experience
- Around 5 years of SAP BASIS, SAP HANA and S/4 HANA experience including Public or Private cloud (AZURE or AWS) BTP and Data sphere Administration is an added advantage.
- Deep experience with SAP HANA architecture and technical concepts.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA, Suite on HANA and HANA database as a foundation including the usages/implementation of Fiori Apps and HANA Live.
- Experience in Enabling Smart Finance through Advanced Analytics and Dynamic Forecasting with SAP predictive analytics. - Mastery of the HANA knowledge including High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup/Recovery, Security related to HANA platform.
- Experience and deep knowledge of SAP Basis / NetWeaver Administration. - Sizing and scoping of core SAP platforms (ECC, NetWeaver, SCM, BI/BW, Portal, XI/PI, Solution Manager,BTP, Data Sphere etc)
- BTP Experience: At least the last 4 years involved in the administration and operations of SAP BTP platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Creates documentation and work instructions.
