We are looking for an experienced Lead Management Specialist to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

  • Lead Queue Management


System qualification and validation of leads routed to the Marcom Leads Queue

  • Assist on Checking of details and client info (assets,address,offers need) ensuring data hygiene was maintained

In charge of responding to customer inquiry related to price and availability, ETA and other post sales inquiries

  • Generate sales opportunity from responses and leads


  • Provide reporting on standard KPI to demonstrate success


  • Provide E2E support from first touchpoint of leads to submission and preparation of quotations; thus include tracking of qualified leads progress until won


  • Attend and represent SMA Lead to country discussions, presentations and other related activities


Who would be successful?
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Personal / Team skills
    • Keen to learn and develop
    • Team player, willing to give additional input as and when required to meet deadlines
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Able to develop effective working relationship with sales teams and internal/external supply network
    • Flexible in the face of conflicting priorities
    • Communication & organizational skills
    • Attention to detail
