As a Manhattan WMS Digital Lead at Schneider Electric in Monterrey Hub | Intellectual Manufacturing Capacity Center (IMCC) located at San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo León, you will leverage your expertise in warehouse management systems to optimize and innovate our supply chain operations. You will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and enhancing the Manhattan WMS for Americas Distributions Centers, ensuring that it aligns with Schneider Electric's strategic goals for operational excellence and sustainability. Your contributions will drive digital transformation initiatives, enhancing visibility, accuracy, and performance within our digital and logistics processes.

• Provide digital support and expertise in Manhattan WMS applications while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to WMS functionality of the same.
• Lead the successful implementation of Manhattan WMS, customizing the system to meet Schneider Electric's specific business needs while adhering to industry best practices.
• Utilize data analytics to assess warehouse performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements that align with our commitment to sustainability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and supply chain management, to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of the WMS with Schneider Electric's existing systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve challenges swiftly and minimize disruption.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, empowering them to leverage the full capabilities of the WMS for enhanced productivity and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and digital technologies, implementing innovative solutions that further Schneider Electric's mission of sustainability and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Manhattan WMS or similar warehouse management systems, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive informed decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project oversight, with a track record of delivering results on time.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, data analytics, and emerging technologies in logistics (e.g., IoT, AI, automation).
