You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital - HR Technology team whose mission is to "Create digital workplace of the future & Enable HR to build workforce of the future". You will be part of this team and will be responsible to lead the Learning & Development technology portfolio.
Role mission
As a Lead Technical Analyst in HR Digital Learning, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the technology landscape. You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Main responsibilities
• System Implementation : Lead the successful implementation of new systems and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and no disruption to our operations.
• System Maintenance : Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of our systems, including operational issues, system configurations, resolving incidents, and assisting our stakeholders.
• Data Governance & Security : Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within systems, implementing robust data governance policies and procedures.
• Application Lifecycle Management : Follow application lifecycle management processes and retirement strategies, including data quality and security compliance.
• Integration : Manage the integration of our portfolio systems with other enterprise applications, such as Learning content platforms, HRMS and data analytics tool.
• Reporting and Analytics : Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of systems and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration : Collaborating with various stakeholders- leaders, business, subject experts to conduct thorough needs analysis and establish measurable objectives for all projects.
Qualifications
Skills and experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Learning technology management or a similar role. Cornerstone or any other LMS experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods, Proficient in Learning management system, API's, integration, SAML and IDMS. Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML, Azure, Web hooks and content formats like SCORM, xAPI, AICC etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in technology projects.
• Proven expertise in implementing and supporting application systems in Learning and development.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database management, cloud computing, and integration technologies.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Finance and budgeting experience for projects and programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with users, professionals, and IT teams.
Desired/Preferred to have.
• Experience with specific Learning technology platforms (e.g., CSOD, Edcast, Workday, Oracle HCM etc).
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR technology.
