Job Description: Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive for business. Handle O365 scope of applications like Power Automate. Plan and deliver proactive and reactive support. Assist with the improvement of the solution environment and functional processes. Participate in proactive support management, analyze problems, and suggest solutions. Engage with global architect and operations teams to ensure a streamlined experience. Consistently apply "lessons learned", model accountability, and teamwork. Contribute and participate in project and support meetings, and share knowledge through communities, documentation, and communication channels. Position eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in software engineering or development, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Managing SharePoint and cloud services and features, including Legal hold, eDiscovery, Content Search, Azure Graph API, Audit Logs, and Online Customization; Administering SharePoint Online Tenant, Site Collection, and Site Level Administration; Overseeing SharePoint Online Security and Compliance; Administration of O365 applications, including Power Automate; Integrating and deploying SharePoint with third-party applications; and Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
