Job Description
Within Services capability of Schneider Digital / Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) practice, As part of the End-to-End Digital Customer Relationships, Field services and digital services are the key growth areas in Schneider Sustainability Journey.
Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Business Analyst for the Customer Engagement Portal. The role involves gathering, evaluating, and translating business requirements into Functional Stories, collaborating with UX and Technical teams to design the solution. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM processes is essential.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Interact with business stakeholders to get complex business & functional requirements then translate them into technical ones.

- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document reporting and analytics business requirements, processes, and business rules to drive business solutions.
- Possess or acquire the knowledge to match business needs by selecting appropriate technologies, with an ability to provide alternatives & resolve technical challenges, according to the business need and technological capabilities / limitations.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure functional understanding of change requests to existing implementations, documenting the need for the technical team.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Skill Set
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (technical background required)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Agile product management and articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis for a product preferred.
- Working experience SFDC Service Cloud Master Data & Opportunity Management, User management.
- Good Technical Knowledge about Web Technologies like React & Angular frameworks, SQL, Advanced Excel Skills, Large Data Analysis.
- Own team backlog, including prioritization and refinement; Make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
- Product Owner Mindset: Focus on defining a product value proposition that aligns with and supports the circle/value stream objectives and which is the north star for the team.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies .
Soft Skills
- Due to the nature of this position sitting on a global team, fluent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with service management tools and practices.
