• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of Kronos Dimensions and Dell Boomi experience as a Product Owner
• Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Dimension configurations
• 5+ years of Boomi and Integrations development experience
• Deep understanding of Dell Boomi architecture
• Strong background in workforce management (required)
• Must be UKG Integrations Developer and Kronos Dimensions certified

• Excellent oral and communication skills

• Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio

• Fluency in English

Preferred:

• High level of attention to detail

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

• Strong time management skills
