We are seeking talented individuals to join the team as Kronos Developer. We are looking for candidates with deep expertise in Time and Absence applications who are enthusiastic about driving efficiency, fostering an innovation culture in software development lifecycle practices.

You will play a pivotal role in an ongoing Time and Absence transformation and will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives.

We focus on:
  • Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.
  • Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
  • Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions
  • Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions
  • Implement, update and deploy Kronos configurations
  • Assist with development of new integrations or updating existing integrations
  • Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions
  • Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features
  • Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution


Key skills and requirements:

Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions)
  • Deep expertise with following modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advanced Scheduling, Universal Device Manager
  • Experience with Analytics/Reports
  • Expertise in Employee Self Service, Employment Terms and Access Profiles
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage ambiguity
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
  • Fluency in English

Preferred:
  • UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred
  • Implementation experience with UKG Pro WFM
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations is a plus
  • Exhibit hi gh levels of energy, agility and adaptability
  • Ability to work on global teams with cross cultural awareness and sensitivity

Education:
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT
