Kinaxis Deployment Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  •      Lead the deployment of Kinaxis solutions in factory setups, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  •      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  •      Develop and implement strategies to enhance digital capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
  •      Monitor and evaluate the performance of Kinaxis solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  •      Ensure data consistency within tools and communicate potential issues to end users.
  •      Conduct needs and gap analysis, including business transformation impact analysis and mitigation plans.
  •      Manage stakeholder relationships and conduct regular assessments to ensure effective communication and risk management.
  •      Create and promote training materials, ensuring accessibility and alignment with global communication plans.
  •      Support the Business Process Owner in managing and coordinating key user networks and communities.
  •      Execute application deployments in coordination with project teams and run managers.
  •      Develop and deliver training sessions, assess training needs, and track user satisfaction.
  •      Define and measure user adoption and satisfaction metrics, proposing improvements as needed.
  •      Escalate issues and provide Level 2 user support.
  •      Collect and share lessons learned and best practices to inform future projects.
  •      Contribute to the creation of RACI charts and SteerCo preparation.
  •      Document and store all business transformation-related materials.

Qualifications:
  •      Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  •      10+ years proven experience in deploying Kinaxis solutions and leading digital transformation projects.
  •      Strong technical knowledge of Vendor Forecasting processes, SAP and project management.
  •      Experience in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing is highly desirable.
  •      Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  •      Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork.
  •      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •      Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
