- Implement strategic business plans to promote Schneider Electric's services offer (maintenance contracts, digital offers, modernization, parts replacement service) to achieve sales target
- Become a trusted advisor with assigned key accounts to influence and guide the design of large and complex modernization projects
- Understand the key clients deal landscape - from prospecting, lead generation, specification, proposal, negotiation, closing to delivery. Actively building the C-Suite executive relationship
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain close relationship with Key Accounts for continual business growth
- Prepare sales proposals, conduct presentation and tender bid
- Provide pre-sales consultation and after-sales follow-up to customers
- Coordinate with sub-contractors or internal project & service engineers for engineering work

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service or related disciplines is MUST
- At least 10 years working experience in sales, exposure in electrical distribution industry is preferable
- Experience in electrical equipment (e.g. UPS, CRAC, LVSB) or services would be an advantage
- Experience in Tender Bidding Process (review in commercial, technical, execution, cash-flow, T&C)
- Strong sales and marketing sense and excellent customer service attitude
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- Self-motivated, proactive, high sense of responsibility, problem solving skill and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
- Proficient in PC applications include MS Office
