As a Key-Account Manager for Digital Energy EcoXpert partners in Denmark, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence with our EcoXpert partners. You will be responsible for selling Schneider Electric offers, including building management and security systems with and to our key partners. To succeed you need to understand benefits of integrated building solutions to partners and end users as well as how to make buildings more sustainable by using Schneider Electric technologies. You will work closely with our internal technical and commercial teams to achieve the best business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners mainly system integrators.
- Identify market opportunities and drive growth with the named customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences (local and global).
- Provide market insights and feedback to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
- Drive and execute regular customer reviews.
- Demonstrate and document an understanding of accounts business strategy, objectives and goals.
What are we looking for in our candidate?
- Proven sales experience, preferably from same type of industry / business area.
- Ability to build and execute account plans leading to profitable growth.
- Active and result-oriented working style.
- Understanding of the Danish market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
The position is located at our Ballerup office and requires travelling frequently in Denmark and time to time abroad.
