What will you do?

  • The Jr Supplier Quality Engineer identify the trend of the Supplier Performance for Quality and Logistics Metrics, identifying the top critical supplier to anticipating potential issues and having contingency plans in plans to address them before they impact.
  • Review, and approval actions plans from Incoming and Outgoing Suppliers.
  • Monitoring experience-based factors that may influence the ability of a supplier to carry out their tasks correctly and ensuring compliance with the agreement.
  • Collaboration with different departments, such as procurement, engineering, and production, work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve quality and logistic goals.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Experiences with Assembly Process
  • Knowledge the Internal Auditor Process of ISO9001, 14000, 26000, OSHAS 18000
  • Knowledge of Quality Core Tools like SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D Methodology.
  • Analytics Software (Power BI, Tabloid, ..)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Lean Green Belt Training, Certification is a Plus
  • >2 years or relevant experience in a Quality role
