Now, we have a job opportunity for a Junior Contract Administration Specialist in our Front office team.
What will you do?
- Maintain and update the templates for contracts for different types of customers - liaise with global legal and compliance teams, business units and other internal stakeholders (credit management, finance, sales, sales operations) for managing changes;
- Customize contract templates for new customers, in line with the company legal and compliance policies and practices - special focus would be recurring contracts, software as a service, maintenance contracts, frame contracts, contracts for delivery of goods, spare parts and services, subcontractor's agreements;
- Support customer contracts creation process from the beginning till signing the contract, in close collaboration with the organizational stakeholders;
- Understand, transfer and manage all the customer's legal/business requirements, comments, remarks, changes to dedicated SE stakeholders.
- Support the sales teams in legal/business topics and issues related with the contracts;
- Participate in external and internal meetings related with the contract, internal coordination, etc.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- University degree in Law;
- Very good knowledge and understanding of commercial law / risk management;
- Professional experience with contract management would be considered a strong plus;
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance plinciples;
- Team player with excellent communication skills;
- Good critical thinking skills, solution oriented personality;
- Good skills for navigation in complexity and ambiguity;
- Very good command of MS Office Suite;
- Excellent English language skills.
