About the Role: As a Java Analyst, you will play a key role in collaborating with various Business Units (BUs) and Lines of Business (LoBs) to facilitate Java discovery, analyze usage, and coordinate with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to map target solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with BUs/LoBs for migrations and serving as the primary point of contact for business users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with BUs and LoBs to document and analyze Java usage across the organization
• Work closely with the EA team to map target solutions and identify migration paths
• Support in the coordination and planning of Java application migrations
• Coordinate migration execution and track progress. Report any risks and exceptions to the program team
• Act as the main point of contact for business users and facilitate communication between BUs/LoBs and technical teams

• Solid understanding of Java programming and its application in enterprise environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Basic understanding of software migration processes and considerations
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant coursework or projects demonstrating Java programming skills
