Seeking 2x IT Support - Level 2 professionals to Join our dynamic team at Macquarie Park , with monthly visits to our Ingleburn site, and become the go-to person for Level 2 IT Support. You'll engage directly with our diverse user base, providing solutions across a wide spectrum of IT platforms, from employee laptops to factory automation systems.

As our onsite IT Guru, your expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, Azure, and Endpoint management will be key in supporting our diverse staff.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexibility in hours, ensuring a balance that works for both you and our users.

  • Resolve Level 2 / 3 support requests including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, web, emails, Teams, and walk-up's
  • Log all reported IT requests and perform Level 2 troubleshooting, escalation, or resolution as part of the incident management process
  • User administration, remote technical trouble shooting, provide resolution and server administration
  • Hardware setup, software installation, purchasing and IT training
  • Coordinate escalate and work with various IT support teams, business partners, service managers across regions
  • On-site resource for disaster recovery actions


About you:

You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You are an astute communicator with great stakeholder management skills.

In addition, you possess the following relevant skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computing or other relevant discipline
  • ITIL foundation certification
  • Previous experience providing similar or Level 2 end user IT support
  • MS Exchange, Active Directory, Teams, Avaya and SCCM
  • Major operating systems, data and information management, instant messaging, Mobile devices, anti-virus, wireless, Microsoft 365 etc
  • Vendor software such as Service Now, SAP, Oracle
  • Willingness and ability to work public holidays and weekend support duties
