About the opportunity:
The IT Support Team are a dynamic, enthusiastic, and talented team with varied levels of experience and are on site providing Level 1-2 IT support to our employees (approx. 25-300 people).

We support a wide variety of IT platforms and implementations, from employee laptops to factory automation systems with value-based professionalism and leading-edge solutions.
This is a customer facing position located in our Notting Hill VIC office and is solutions focused in supporting our diverse group of users.
As an IT Graduate, you will utilise your knowledge of Microsoft 365 online and offline applications as well as Endpoint management on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist our Tech Partners with support requests including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, web, emails, MSTeams, and walk-up's
- Log all reported IT requests and assist with basic Level 2 troubleshooting, escalation, or resolution as part of the incident management process
- User administration, remote technical trouble shooting
- Hardware setup, software installation, purchasing
- Coordinate, escalate and work with other IT support teams, business partners and service managers across regions
About you:
Our ideal candidate is someone who gets excited by innovation and they will be self-motivated and professional, with the ability to confidently interact face to face.
Key skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification or Cert IV in Information Technology is required
- Previous experience providing IT equipment solutions and fixes
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner (in person or via phone)
- Windows 10/11 operating systems, mobile devices, anti-virus, wireless, Microsoft 365
- Willingness and ability to work public holidays and weekend support duties
- Excellent relationship management and customer service ethics
