For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $51,200 - $76,800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. As an IP/Trademark Docket Administrator at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for attending to the global trademark docket collaborating with multiple attorneys, paralegals, and other Intellectual Property professionals in a team-oriented environment within the company's Global Trademark & Brand Protection Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of global trademark docketing, including but not limited to, set up of new matters, docket all incoming/outgoing correspondence, upload documents, enter and verify deadlines and tasks, and close matters as appropriate
  • Generate and prepare trademark reports
  • Track deadlines and send reminders to Global Trademark Team members as appropriate
  • Support docketing aspects of TTAB proceedings and related third party matters
  • Monitor and maintain integrity of data in global trademark docket system
  • Adapt to specific internal docketing procedures and processes in accordance with country laws
  • Conduct research using online trademark databases and platforms to validate trademark data
  • Assist with Global Trademark Team projects and other related matters as needed

Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience supporting trademark dockets utilizing trademark docket management systems
  • Prior in-house experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of global trademark practice including filing, prosecution, and registration processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

  • Organizational and project management skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal/communication skills to support an inclusive and global team
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with a focus on responsibility and reliability
  • Comfort working within a global trademark docketing system with ability to prioritize tasks, deadlines, and risk
  • Ability to work on own initiative, independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
