Inventory and Flows Supervisor

Key Responsabilities:

  • Responsible for employee's performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
  • Supervise the activity of the KIB4 and KIB3
  • Responsible of the management of the team of KIB4 (Inventory and Planning Specialist )
  • Manage his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
  • Be responsible for people management including : goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being.
  • Manage the team resources according to the load
  • Guaranty the operational update of the supply chain planning parameters (Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy, ...)
  • Supervise the efficiency of Shortages management of this team for upstream flows
  • Supervise stock level and coverage according to service level for his team

  • Bachelor's Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Engineering, others.
  • Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to conclusions based on the findings
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision
  • Ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources needed to facilitate continual professional development necessary to be successful in this position
  • Partner, influence, collaborate & communicate across the enterprise and with the relationships built outside
  • Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes.
  • Work within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practice and opportunities are delivered. • Strong verbal / presentation and written communications skills working in a complex organization.
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with SAP is a must
  • Leadership
  • Proficiency user of Microsoft Office
