We are looking for a dynamic and proactive intern to join our Sales & Marketing team, specializing in e-mobility products. The ideal candidate will be a student with a strong command of both English & Polish languages and willingness to learn and contribute to various aspects of sales, marketing, and product-related activities.
Location & commitments:
- Internship / part-time job, min. 20 hours per week, 3-12 months mandate contract,
- Warszawa (office at Konstruktorska Street),
- hybrid model possible after achieving independence.

Your IMPACT:
Technical Documentation Translation:
• assist in translating technical documentation, product specifications, and manuals from English to Polish language, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• help in preparing user-friendly guides and documents for various stakeholders
• contribute to the creation of technical documentation that complies with market requirements, including regulatory standards and industry best practices
• work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand product specifications and ensure accurate documentation
Client and Partner Collaboration:
• assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners in the electromobility sector
• support in coordinating meetings, communication, and follow-ups with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their needs
Market and Competitor Analysis:
• conduct research and analysis on the electromobility market, identifying key trends, opportunities, and challenges
• monitor competitors' activities, product offerings, and pricing strategies to provide insights that will inform strategic decision-making
Sales and Marketing Support:
• Provide support to the sales and marketing teams in creating promotional materials, campaigns, and events related to electromobility products.
• Help in managing social media channels, ensuring content is relevant and engaging for target audiences.
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing electromobility industry while developing a wide range of professional skills in sales, marketing, and technical documentation
Your Profile:
- Student (3 year bachelor's degree students and older),
- willingness to learn and contribute to various aspects of sales, marketing, and product-related activities
- fluency in both English and Polish, both written and spoken, is essential
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- familiarity with the e-mobility industry or a strong interest in electric vehicles and sustainable technology might be an asset
Languages:
- English, Polish - fluent (verbal and written),
Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
