Your mission?
Join Our Team and Make an Impact on Customer Experience!
- Boost customer first mindset within our teams: Act as a driving force behind our "Customer First" initiatives ! Create an internal website to spread the voice of our customers. Animate our internal communication channels. Share valuable customer insights, create engaging posts, and produce content that sparks conversations within the organization about our customers' needs and experiences.
- Dive Deep into Feedback: Analyze customer feedback from various perspectives and present actionable insights to our teams. Inspire them to take meaningful steps toward improvement and elevate our customer experience to new heights!
- Stay on Top of Customer Concerns: Be proactive in monitoring customer alerts and complaints. Your close follow-up will ensure that every customer feels heard and valued.
- Shape the Future: Play a key role in preparing our Yearly Satisfaction Survey. Your contributions will help us understand our customers better and refine our approach to meet their expectations.
- Be a Customer-First change-agent at our side: Contribute to specific projects to improve the customer experience concretely in our processes and tools.
Our ideal candidate is:
Customer Centric: You truly believe that being customer first brings incredible value.
Enthusiastic and Ambitious: You have an enterprising attitude and a passion for success. You can work autonomously as to be part of a team. You love to take initiative's and you really want to have a concrete impact š.
Analytic: You love analyzing data so that to detect and propose relevant actions, recommendations.
Communication: You've mastered the art of communication, both with colleagues to foster collaboration, and online, via social networks or other communication channels.
Language: You are fluent in English, proficiency in Dutch or French is an asset.
Education: You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration.
Tools & Digital: You have a good knowledge of Excel. You love digital tools and are curious about AI. Design skills is an asset, being able to create some visuals for SOME, using Canva or other tools. Have you already created your website / managed a website? This will be the cherry on the cake!
