3-6 months (depending on your school convention) - Ideally starting in February or September 2025 !

Your mission?

  • Animate the communication channels on Customer first: share customer insights, create and share posts, produce content relevant to share within the organization about the customer.
  • Analyze customer feedback from different angles and present it to our teams, encouraging them taking the needed improvement actions.
  • Close follow-up on customer alerts / complaints.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Yearly Satisfaction Survey.


Our ideal candidate is:

Enthusiastic and Ambitious: You have an enterprising attitude and a passion for success.

Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder.

Language : You are fluent in English, proficiency in Dutch or French is an asset.

Education: Y ou are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or Communication.

Tools: You have a good knowledge of Excel.
