We are looking for Internal Control Process & Tools Specialist to be part of an exciting change in the way we approach Internal Control as a company. Your IMPACT:

Tool Training and Support:

  • User Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on the use of relevant tools and technologies.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintaining detailed records of user training guides for all user groups.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users regarding tool navigation and issue resolution.
  • Helpdesk support: Collaborate with the DTC team to identify and address tool-related challenges.
  • User Access Management: Support DTC and Tool Owner to review existing users and to determine deactivation of users. Approve User access requests.


Territory Support:

Provide support and guidance to territory Internal controllers in adhering to established processes and tools.

Testing and Validation:
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new tools and process changes to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues encountered during testing.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test cases.


Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the internal control framework. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback from users and stakeholders, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing necessary changes.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive adoption control processes and technologies across the organization.


Your Profile:

  • Tool Expertise: Ability to gain a deep understanding on the specifics of internal control tools being used, including their functionality, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques to assess data quality, identify anomalies, and analyze trends.
  • Experience with ERP systems, data analytics tools, and control automation technologies.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems to ensure compatibility with internal control tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and tool configuration.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with tool users, IT teams, and management.
  • Fluency in English
