Integrated Marketing Leader, Digital Energy

You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 to 10 colleagues, leading and driving the complete planning to execution of customer-facing marketing activities for the Digital Energy Division.

This organisation is both the creative engine and the operational hub that activates our demand generation approach into one consistent branded end-to-end experience through paid customer acquisition campaigns, turning web visitors into customers, and building unique innovation experiences through our events, hubs and digital media.

You will be a digital native marketer, creative developer, and adept at driving omni-media campaigns while fostering an analytical high-performance culture based on a deep understanding of user behaviour and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign conversions. In addition to functional expertise, this role requires a high degree of cross functional leadership to ensure success.

The mission of the organisation is to accelerate Digital Energy's growth target, as well as foster deeper understanding of our customers, improving consideration and new opportunity creation with prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing engagement strategies to support internal and external objectives ensuring alignment with the operating region's key business priorities and associated key performance indicators.
  • Spearhead the transformation of marketing to leverage new CDP, Marketing Automation, ABM, web and digital capabilities.
  • Develop annual marketing plans for the Digital Energy Division
  • Activate segment, channel and offer campaigns delivering business goals through integrated digital, physical, and paid media.
  • Own multi-channel paid media strategy and budget for demand generation, customer acquisition and customer saturation for profitable revenue growth, across digital, print and OOH paid media, social media, email marketing, paid search, and influencers.
  • Establish reporting benchmarks for measuring and sharing results on business critical KPIs related to growth and own achievement of KPIs.
  • Develop content and campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Work with agencies, production partners and internal studios to create innovative concepts and designs across various mediums, including digital, print, video and experiential.
  • Drive customer conversion through clearly defined user segmentation analysis, building campaigns which engage key cohorts with compelling content, call-to-action and messaging across digital marketing channels, website experience, sales experience and events
  • Direct the efforts of multiple marketing agencies to ensure objectives of omnimedia campaigns are met. Ensure that all content brought to market meets our brand guidelines, aligns with our goals and KPIs and stands apart for its quality and ingenuity.
  • Monitor industry trends and developments to capitalize on opportunities for proactive marketing and campaign initiatives.
  • Gauge and develop the team's talent potential to accelerate their professional development growth and career progression.

Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in Martech transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, brand-specific proprietary events.
  • Strong practical understanding of business strategy and international mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and matrixed environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
