Responsibilities Interaction with customer. Interaction with Internal Team. Planning the Execution work. Technical Support: working closely with Service partners in day to day activities to enhance customer satisfaction. Provide Technical Support for Customer Communication Skills: Shall have good communication skills and good coordination within the team. Lead Management : Shall have skill set to identify the Opportunities & convert in to Business Leads. Software Integration : Shall have good knowledge about the software & monitoring tools.
Qualifications
3-5 years of Hands on experience in Cooling relevant service industry & can able to manage the COLO Customers. Good troubleshooting skill of UPS & Other related accessrories products Fair knowledge of IT & Data center Products.
