We are looking for an experienced Inside Service s Sales Representative Leader to help us expand our new transactional business and improve existing operation in Services Division in Japa n.
About
The mission of the Inside Service s Sales Representative Leader is to maximize services revenue by establishing, building , and nurturing relationships with customers and managing all Customer Requests and Leads in order to develop and grow installed base services with sales activities remotely(e.g. phone, Internet, e-mail systems , and social media). In addition to lead management, he/she can be responsible to manage some delegated opportunities from the Outside Services Sales Representative' s related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts. He/she leads these inside sales activities by working closely with other Inside Services Sales Representatives as one team.

What will you do?
• Quote and close deals for standar d Services offers (spare parts, renewal contracts) across all business units to d evelop up & cross-selling
• Develop and maintain relationship with customer
• Lead Inside Services Sales Representative team including temporary staffs and w ork closely with Outside Services S ales Representatives and Services Operation team
• Maintain the Installed Base data for customers
• Develop new points of contact and potential account identified from marcom activities & campaigns, Field Engineers, and Call Center, etc
Qualifications
Who would be successful?
• The successful candidate should have a 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience on Inside or Outside Sales, Field Engineer , T echnical support
• Strong interpersonal skills, seeking new ways of learning to upskill himself or herself
• Basic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), CRM software (Salesforce)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships
• N ative speaker level for Japanese , business level of English (written, verbal)
