As an Inside Sales Professional, you will take full ownership of assigned accounts, driving sales and implementing strategic initiatives. In this role you understand that clear articulation, active listening, and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way are essential. You also understand how empathy and interpersonal skills, gives you the ability to establish long-term connections, internally and externally.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and foster relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met, new Schneider solutions are advocated, and ensure proper client coverage of our client's sites, understanding their significance.
  • Own the operational implementation of sales strategies tailored to each client, while identifying and prioritizing critical actions that propel progress.
  • Present products and services to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns digitally utilizing data analytics, interpretation, and data modules.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships externally as well as internally to drive significant overall results.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics for assigned clients as well as to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities for assigned clients.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a track record of growing client accounts in a B2B environment. Industry experience in electronics, IT, or automation are preferred, but other industries are relevant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients through digital channels. Fluency in Swedish, and a high level of English are mandatory. Other European languages are an advantage.
  • Systematic and organized in your approach, ensuring efficiency. You have the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and deal with challenges directly.
  • Experience building rapport and establishing trust externally and internally and are proficient in negotiating and closing.
  • You are highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and have strong collaborative skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
