Inside Sales Contract Renewal

For our Services Division, we are looking for an Inside Sales Contract Renewal who works for Belgium, reporting to our office in Uccle, Brussels. #LI-JB10

The Inside Sales Contract Renewal Specialist will be responsible for managing the renewal process of existing contracts, ensuring all modifications and indexations are accurately applied, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve renewal targets. #LI-JB10

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renew Existing Contracts: Manage the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Review and Modify Contracts: Check contracts for necessary modifications and apply indexation as required.
  • Write Addendums: Draft and finalize addendums to contracts as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on contract terms and client needs.
  • Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Handle Price Complaints: Address and resolve any pricing complaints from clients in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Convince Customers to Close: Persuade clients to finalize contract renewals, highlighting the benefits and value of continuing the partnership.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as inside sales, contract management, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French plus English. Proficient in the other national language.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
