We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative (NL/EN) to join our Secure Power Business Unit, based in Uccle, Brussels. This role focuses on creating offers through various channels, collaborating with the sales team for transactional and enterprise accounts, and managing orders efficiently. #LI-JB10
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer Creation: Manage mailboxes for IT and ET distribution, respond to inquiries for smaller offers, create offers, and request quotes using our CRM system.
- Order Management: Ensure smooth order processing and follow-up when customers place orders.
- Customer Interaction: Follow up on order processes, address customer needs, and assist the enterprise team with quick offers and minor adjustments to expedite processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partners and distributors to understand their needs and market dynamics.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team by expediting customer needs and adjustments.
- Administrative Tasks: Initially manage order processing 40% of the time, which will reduce to 20% in the future.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience as inside sales, account executive or sales support role. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field is a plus, or a willingness to learn.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English is a must have. Knowledge of French is nice to have.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive in task management, excellent communication.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Proficiency in Excel is required, along with basic knowledge of Outlook.
- Attitude: Strong, resilient attitude with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
