You will join the Singapore Innovation Hub team . Singapore Innovation Hub is a regional customer experience center of Schneider Electric , and is our first large-scale innovation hub in Asia. The hub is a co-innovation platform with world-class facilities , enabling Schneider Electric to develop tailored solutions to optimize energy efficiencies for various segments . The hub offers live showcases in Buildings of the future , Industries of the future , Data Center of the future , Home of the future to feature sustainability and digitization to our Hub visitors . The Hub being a key customer touchpoint , the Innovation team is responsible for the overall experience of the Hub with the customer journey in mind and ensuring smooth operations of the Hub .

Mission (About the Role)
- The Innovation Hub Intern is a highly visible role responsible for orchestrating successful customer and partner engagements both physically and virtually . In this role , you will be collaborating with account teams and cross-functional leaders to craft and deliver outcome-based executive customer / partner engagements that will inspire , engage , and educate enterprise executives and decision-makers to drive business objectives , while providing oversight of the innovation hub and program. This role also includes giving high-level solution presentations and demo available in the Innovation Hub to Hub visitors .
What will you do?
- Collaborate with Sales, Account, and Partner teams from different business units to strategically showcas e Schneider Electric solutions that align with the customer's specific environment .
- Manage the end-to-end customer briefing experience, from processing visit requests to orchestrating and preparing presenters (including Leaders), managing onsite visits, and handling post-visit communications.
- Educate requestors on the visit process, ensuring all necessary data is captured for accurate revenue tracking.
- Plan resources, identify and prepare presenters, coordinate internal logistics arrangements, and facilitate the hub visit experiences.
- Present company story, high-level solutions, and product demo to Hub visitors.
- Assist with Innovation Hub marketing such as maintenance of Innovation Hub websites and developing marketing collateral and communications materials.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education in Business, M ass C ommunication, E ngineering field, or any other related field.
- Excellent written communication skills and presentation skills .
- A ttention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- A fundamental understanding of IoT, IT, and OT concepts in general is a plus .
