Mission
+ Design and improve Quality systems and use quality methods to assure that quality targets are met according to quality standards
+ Design audit schemes to check if means and methods are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives at all stages
Key Responsibilities:
+ Designs and deploys qual systems and methods within one site and conducts audits to make sure they are implemented effectively.
Main Activities
+ Responsible for the overall quality management system within the entity, he is the Integrated Management System Engineer (IMSE) of the site
Build, maintain and improve the integrated management system within the entity

+ Implement the Health 8 Safety, Environment & Energy and Quality policy in collaboration with the plant manager and management team
+ Ensure compliance of the IMS (Integrated Management System) : prepare, validate and implement the audit plan within the entity & lead the resulting actions
+ Lead the IMS (Integrated Management System) network of the site to guarantee the compliance with the standard
Plan, lead and/or conduct internal audits
+ Ensures an efíective pool of internal auditors
Lead the management review and follow up improvement plan execution
+ Update and improve the Health & Safety, Environment & Energy and Quality manual and process mapping in accordance with HSE regulations standards, customer expectations and entity evolutions
+ Animate and Challenge Process owners
+ Empower process owners, ensuring processes are described, animated, measured (KPIs), reviewed and improved through process reviews and management reviews. Make sure the system is used as a driver for efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Challenge process owners to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode
+ Ensure process owners are leading the appropriate systemic action plans by providing support and expertise in process management

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Quality improvement tools, techniques & models
+ Statistical quality techniques & analysis
Education
+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
+ English B1
