• Supply Chain Performance Responsible for the animation and deployment of the Schneider Lean System (SPS).
• Manufacturing Engineering Responsible for process development & optimization needs.
• Strong contribution to elaboration and deployment of standards & continuous improvement processes.
• Management of industrial projects.
• Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives and business objectives).
• Understands demand variation amplification for service level/capacity and cash flow impacts
• Knowledge of late differentiation, Queue simulation, lead time optimization
• Conducts value add/non-value add analysis (useful time analysis)
• Creates and interprets value stream maps
• Understands how to design line layout, workstations and material presentation that minimize waste and balances work content and conducts takt/cycle time analysis
• Interprets diagnostic results
• Conducts changeover analysis, material handling analysis and overall equipment effectiveness
