In this role, you will execute medium-to-high-complexity service work - installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits - according to work instructions and in accordance with Schneider Electric processes, standards and safety guidelines. You will deliver excellent customer service by meeting customers' needs, while maintaining good relationships with customers. You will work with others to identify new service business opportunities, helping to convince clients to take the complete service portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices and procedures.
  • Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric product & possible competition equipment.
  • Perform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance on equipment.
  • Analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, different problems on our equipment and provide appropriated answer.
  • Analyze and explain reports results to customers and management.
  • Certification & accreditation could be required vs Business and Country regulations.
  • Proactive participation to team collective initiatives & management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals (SIM1).
  • Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc..).
  • Support planners, coordinators, project manager to get good customer site condition understanding.
  • Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field.
  • Understand Ecostruxure offer and provide technical explanation to customers.
  • Use all digital tools designed for SE FSR.
  • Track Installed Base (serviceable assets).
  • Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize its install base and create lead generation business opportunities.
  • Perform basic audits of customer's electrical systems and equipment (MPS walktrough).
  • Perform Field Services Operations by providing best in class customer experience and promote Schneider signature.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical, Electromechanical or related careers.
  • 4-5 years equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in the execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits of MV and LV electrical equipment (Switchgear GIS-AIS, Protection Relay, MCC MV/LV, Power Transformers) and electromechanical activities.
  • Skilled at utilizing test and diagnostic equipment (CPC100, CMC356, others)
  • Experience in the configuration and testing of protection relays from different manufacturers, execution of coordination and protection studies and electric arc studies. Effective utilization of ETAP, DIGSILENT.
  • Experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and theory of operation manuals. Effective utilization of AUTOCAD, EPLAN.
  • Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Lead generation in Salesforce.
  • The ability to write service reports, correspondence, procedures, effectively present information and respond to customer questions.
  • With experience in important companies in the electrical or oil sector.
  • Intermediate English
