Industrialization Project Leader

You will be based in Latvia (Riga ) at one of the biggest electronic plants in Baltics (LEXEL FABRIKA SIA). You will work within cross-functional expert team (project leader, Assembly experts, project buyers, test experts, automation experts). Your main activities will be located to local (Riga) entity.
You will be reporting to the Industrialization Manager, Vincent CAILLET.
Your Mission:
- Manage the operational implementation of a complete and robust industrial system, meeting quality/cost/deadline objectives, with the orientations of the industrial strategy and in compliance with the company's industrial rules.
- Manage the projects with high level of expertise in terms of schedule, finance, quality and animate the project's team to get the best of the people.
Main activities:
- Carry out industrialization pre-studies and submit investment files for new means of production for approval.
- Search for the most cost-effective and efficient solutions by considering different investment scenarios and thoroughly studying feasibility (manufacturability, testability, and adjustability of the product).
- Manage industrialization projects for production and testing resources, respecting the allocated budget, defined deadlines, and quality objectives.
- Study, propose, ensure the implementation of innovative solutions to promote the recycling and reuse of old means of production and ensure the sustainability of new production lines.
Your main communication stakeholders:
- Plant engineering team, plant production team, Department managers, R&D, experts with Industrialization team or LoB, Project buyers, Quality team.
We expect from You:

- University degree in any Technical |Engineering Science
- 3+ years' practical experience in Project Management
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills English
Professional knowledge expected:
- Basics in manufacturing supply chain and planning
- Confirmed experience in one of the following areas: production (methods, production, quality), or in the industrialization of new products,
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics, automation, or electronics production.
- General financial knowledge (product cost and financial rules of the organization)
Personality
- Open-minded, proactive ('can do' attitude), open to learn every day,
- Good communication and collaboration skills (at all levels),
- Customer and results oriented,
- Ability to lead,
- Ease of communication in an international environment,
- Ability to synthesize,
COMPANY offers:
Working place: Riga, Latvia & Europe (project based)
Travel mode: based on project needs, Y1 minor (2-3 times a year), Y2 shall be ready for business trips up to ~25% of time.
