We are now hiring Interns for our H2 2025 cohort ! Internships will start in 2 batches: Jun 2025 or Jul 2025. Please indicate your availability in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

Join us as a Industrialization Engineering Intern to make an impact!

Location: Kallang

The Role:

What will you do?
  • Design and develop plastic/ metal components and tooling to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new tooling and component designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive project success.
  • Oversee the tooling fabrication process, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plastic/ metal components and tooling during the production process.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Any prior internship/experience in plastic component design, tooling, and manufacturing processes are plus.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other engineering tools are plus.
  • Knowledge of injection molding processes is a plus.
