Job Description
- Animate Training centers / training resources in sites to deliver all natures of vocational training for the DVC population based on the business needs.
Main Activities
- Define and execute training plans for all the jobs within the shopfloor (assembly, wiring, supply, fabrication) by identifying key skills.
- Integrate new technologies into the way of efficiently work a digital environment around planning, innovation, operation, measuring results, interacting with internal customers.
- Ensure successful execution of learning strategies to exceed KPIs of the learning path (digital, theorical and practice).
- Analyzes competency gaps and builds effective solutions to fill them (DPUs, Warranties, Product Changes, etc).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, Industrial Eng.
- (+2) years of experience in similar roles (learning and/or training for manufacturing processes or similar)
- Office 365 (intermediate level)
- English: Proficient (Reading, Writing, and speaking)
Desirable
- Tableau (Basic level)
- Lean Manufacturing
- Continuous Improvement methods
