Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of production lines.
- Ensure optimal operation of the production lines.
- Manage projects, including organizing the work of colleagues and subcontractors, and collaborating with other departments.
- No direct reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA.
- Experience in managing technical investments.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles.
- Experience in production line installation and commissioning.
- Fluent in English (native Hungarian).
- Technical mindset.
