Your Role:

In this role, you'll be an expert in production and manufacturing processes, specializing in areas such as process design, ergonomics, capacity, and performance. You'll play a key role in implementing adaptations to improve industrial performance, whether in manual processes or using programmable logic control (PLC) systems. Your work will involve:

  • Engaging in the specifications and quotations of new line architectures to meet safety, quality, lead time, and productivity requirements.
  • Ensuring the deployment of SPS principles and implementing Lean/6 Sigma tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Participating in SIM 2 of your sector(s) to address and swiftly remove barriers.


You'll also manage capacities versus workload using advanced simulation tools, optimize lead times, and ensure line capacity. Writing operator work instructions and contributing to new product development will be part of your responsibilities, as well as studying the feasibility and profitability of investments.
