This position is on-site, so the ideal candidate must be located in the general area. We are also looking for a candidate who is interested in pursuing a internship that would extend into the Fall Semester.

What will you do?
  • Under supervision, will engage on a variety of process improvement projects throughout the facility.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • If you're obtaining a Bachelors or Masters in a field of engineering.
  • Process Design and Optimization: Understanding and applying principles to design, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with software used in process engineering, such as CAD, simulation tools, and data analysis software.
  • Process Control: Understanding and applying principles of process control to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, equipment functions, and industrial processes.
  • Mathematical Skills: Excellent mathematical abilities for data analysis and calculations.
  • Familiarity with Machinery: Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of large and complex equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other engineers and technicians.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to systematically break down complex systems and pinpoint areas for optimization.
  • Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and a keen eye for detail in analyzing and implementing processes.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think logically and make sound judgments based on data and analysis.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
