Summary:
Responsible for implementing Delivery strategy within a geographic area such as a part of a country, a country, or multiple countries, and may be part of a Hub or the entire Hub for Process Automation. Sets direction for/coordinates a territory Delivery team to achieve regional Delivery strategy
Through a staff of project managers and project administrators, and coordinating with Territory Engineering and Services Managers, drives growth of revenue, margin and customer intimacy knowledge consistent with Territory business objectives
Drives to expand presence in both CAPEX and OPEX domains with clients in the Territory.
Voice of the client to Delivery; voice of Delivery to the Territory; voice of the Territory to the Global Delivery functions.

As part of the Regional Delivery Leadership team, is expected to engage in strategic planning to meet all Regional objectives and is equally accountable as a member of the team for the completion of all Delivery objectives as defined by the team.
This position reports onsite in Foxboro, MA
What will you do?
- Responsible for achieving financial objectives for the Territory with the main focus on revenue value growth, cash, and gross margin improvement. Drives CAPEX and OPEX success across the entire process Automation portfolio.
- Responsible for client facing activities of the Territory Delivery team ensuring client satisfaction and client value in the area of project execution and life cycle support services
- Manages a pool of Project Managers to support all project execution activities
- Provides Delivery strategy for the Territory working with the Hub Leader
- Supports the Territory's adherence to all global processes and tools as defined by Industrial Automation Global Delivery Organization
- Articulates territory needs to the regional and global Delivery functions, including resource requirements, tools and processes, skill and capabilities gaps
- Conducts monthly project and service reviews to ensure financial and customer satisfaction targets are met
- Reviews on a monthly basis with Regional VP Delivery a summary of project and service financials, forecast, risks, opportunities, change orders, product issues, and capacity plan

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- BS or equivalent/MBA preferred, 12+ years related professional industry experience
- 7+ years management experience
- Experience with Power and Continuous Process Automation type projects
