What will you do?
Drive the IA portfolio growth through the distribution channel both offline and online.
- Co- Build with both NAM and SAM IA leaders the growth ambition for the transactional business and help reflecting it into action plans for each country.
- Support NAM and SAM IA leaders to assess and propose the right organizational set ups to effectively drive business through the distribution and eCommerce channels
- Help countries assess the maturity and coverage of their distribution network and set the right action plans to optimize it.
- Deploy the IA distribution strategies around specialization (Alliance Program), saturation (IA Everywhere) and Digitization (eCommerce and enablers) in the assigned geographies.
- Deploy the channel enablers to the countries and to the partners
- Drive the digital transformation of our Industrail Automation Distributors in the Americas
- Drive the collaboration between IA team, distribution sales, GTM sales, marketing functions in order to achieve our growth targets.
- Drive the AMSP planning and execution for the distribution and eCommerce GTM
- Be the trusted advisor and referent of the GTM in the assigned region
- Co-own the development and closely monitor the action plans with the Certified and Master IADs of the region

Travel : 70% travel required (40% international, 30% domestic) in Americas region to meet with distributors and Schneider teams.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Knowledge of the Industrial Automation portfolio and customer types
- Strong knowledge and experience of the distribution channel and transactional business
- Ability to translate global strategies into actionable plans
- Ability to Coach and mentor channel sales and marketing teams
- Strong influencing and leadership capabilities
- Budget monitoring to ensure investments are used according to established guidelines

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related field
- 10 + years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in channel management, marketing offer management, marketing management, sales management, or related occupation
