This role rolls up to the Director of Employee Experience.

Org Structure -Where is this position placed in the organization: The "Regions" organization is represented by global head reporting into the CIO. The global presence of "Regions" staff is divided by zones represented by zone heads and all countries are grouped under their respective zone represented by country head.

About the role: There are various Business as well as Digital transformation initiatives within Schneider Digital for making it agile as well as best in class. This role's pivotal responsibility would be to lead one of the global initiatives, taking up complete end-to-end ownership of Project Management, right from Business Requirement gathering to showcasing the ROI.

Position Summary:



Leading the International Operations Region for Application Delivery, The Principal Application Delivery typically plays a central role in overseeing and supporting the delivery of projects and programs which are aligned to strategic initiatives within Schneider Electric, Specifically in the HR Domain.

The Principal will deliver value by playing a critical role in executing projects and programs more effectively and efficiently, by providing the right guidance, support, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, overall objectives are met and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Requirements of the role include:

• Set application strategies, accountable for the delivery of all application projects, change requests (CHRs) and address application related escalations in the Region for Human Resource (HR) functional domain area.

• Lead the delivery of HR applications in the region and bridge the gap between HR & Schneider Digital.

• Work with Business Partners/Business Relationship Managers & other AS Functional Domain leaders in identifying Business process issues, plan and implement proactive Business process improvements.

• Work with AS leader and Zone Directors, local and Global AS teams to set Functional Domain application strategy, strategic milestones to achieve the goals for the Regions.

• Consult with other AS Functional Domain leaders and Resource Manager on Resource Capacity Planning and ensure we work on the right priorities while managing available capacity.

• Support Transformation & Efficiency team in complying and improving Demand Management, Resource Management and Project Management methodologies.

• Application IT Owner - Oversees the management, development, and optimization of technology solutions to enable HR processes and improve the overall employee experience. Upholds data security, compliance, and privacy standards, including Application Certification. Aligns HR technology within and between domains, including Data, Security, DTC, and GTS. Manages asset lifecycle, including technology selection and implementation.

Required Skills (Must have)

• Decent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Experience working and supporting IT peers in multiple countries.

• Good understanding of IT project management methodology

• Excellent conflict management and reporting presentation skills

Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)

• Knowledge of Enterprise IT Architecture

• Familiar with latest Digital Trends

• Good understanding of multinational business model and the organization

Qualifications

• 10+2+3 or Equivalent - Must.

• Qualified in Computer Science/IT or related field - Must.

• Certification in Application Life Cycle Management - Nice to have.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or any other Process Improvement certifications - Good to have.

• Min 7 years of proven experience with IT systems &/or business processes a system-related activity.

Schedule: Full-time - Work from Office - 3 Day/Weekly

Qualifications

• 10+2+3 or Equivalent - Must.
